WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Drishti pronounced drish-tee is the yoga technique used to improve concentration; by controlling your eyes first and then your mind to direct your focus. By fixing your gaze on an unmoving point you are able to assume the characteristics of that object and become stable and balanced.
This can also be applied metaphorically in life. Keep your eyes focused on your goal, whatever it may be; by maintaining your drishti, much like holding a difficult asana (pose) in class, you will be less distracted by life's temptations and able to achieve your goal.
We believe balance is the pinnacle of life; whether it’s a healthy lifestyle, managing your spending, indulging or simplification... reaching your balance is the key.

She is a senior yoga teacher, sound healer, yoga therapist and reiki grand master, also trained in Yin, Pregnancy & Post Natal & Kids Yoga. Carolina has trained and mentored hundreds of yoga teachers and is well recognised in the yoga industry.
I am passionate about living an authentic yogic lifestyle through all aspects of my life. Being a yoga practitioner is a life-long journey where we are always learning, always evolving. This also means being honest and real with all the 'imperfections' and embracing all parts of ourselves as beautiful and perfect! My favourite style of yoga to teach is a gentle flow or a restorative yin with sound healing as I'm a deep feeler and intuitive healer. I started my yoga career teaching yoga to patients and children with chronic illness and volunteer teaching is something that I will always do. Carolina resonates as a Karmic Yogi and started her teaching journey teaching restorative classes to students with Cancer and Terminal Illness as well as volunteering to teach children at the Ronald McDonald Children's hospital. It's from here that Carolina's passion ignited where she knew her purpose in this life was to guide students through inner healing, self-love and empowerment.

Vera Caseiro
Vera started studying and practicing yoga in more depth when she fell pregnant herself and felt in her own skin how transformative this journey is physically, emotionally and energetically, and how it can be stressful and overwhelming and mentally challenging.Pregnancy yoga helped her to enjoy this time with more ease, calm and confidence. It helped her to find a safe and supportive environment to feel active, healthy, and connected with herself and her babies and open to release physically, energetically and emotionally. It always reminds her that the journey is as much important as the destination, and that there are moments in the journey where you can feel powerful as mother earth - transforming and inspiring life, and other moments equally important for rest, inner connection and intimacy with the most pure, perfect and precious life creation.
Vera is a level 1 certified yoga teacher, Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga Teacher, Massage Practitioner and Infant Massage Instructor. With her passion for all things babies and parenthood, Vera was invited to become the Prenatal Alliance Group Coordinator and representative Partner for Australia.

Kylie Shannon - Gemini Yoga
Kylie started practicing yoga in childhood and fell in love with the way yoga helped her tune into her own body. Kylie felt the call to become a yoga teacher after experiencing how yoga helped her heal from a traumatic event. Outside of teaching yoga, Kylie works as a social worker supporting people to rebuild their independence and self-esteem.
My yoga teaching is grounded in trauma-informed principles, with ongoing study in somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, and therapeutic practice. I have a particular interest in how yoga can support nervous system regulation and facilitate safe release of trapped emotions in the body.
My intention is to offer yoga as a supportive tool for healing, self-compassion, and trust, especially for those who have experienced stress, trauma, or chronic overwhelm. My gentle flow classes offer a combination of embodied movement and meditation.
