Learn the ancient tool of smudging and the benefits to your energy field.
- Sit in reverence with others experiencing the abundance of Mother Earth and the gifts of nature.
- Create your own smudge healing bundle using locally sourced herbs, flowers & native flora.
- Choose through an earth guided meditation, a crystal to be woven into your bundle, or leave it separate to hold/meditate with.
When: Sunday 9th June 2pm-4:30pm
